Trust

Confidentiality and document handling.

Everest Nova handles client company documents, product information, manufacturer-provided files, and supporting evidence as sensitive commercial and regulatory material.

Confidential intake

Company documents, product information, manufacturer-provided files, and supporting evidence are treated as confidential. A client can access projects owned by that account; authorized Everest Nova administrators can access projects to deliver the service.

Human expert review

AI may assist internal document organization where appropriate, but medtech specialists review the material before dossier preparation and client delivery.

Selected activity logging

Selected account, project, file, message, checkout, order, and administrative actions are recorded in the application audit or analytics logs when the production integration is configured.

Private storage

Client uploads and deliverables use private Supabase storage with project-aware access policies. Downloads are issued through time-limited signed links.

Current AI data boundary: the AI-assisted gap review uses structured project context and the uploaded file inventory, including file names and document categories. The current workflow does not send uploaded file contents to OpenAI.
Patient-data restriction: Do not upload patient, clinical-trial subject, or other directly identifiable health information. De-identify document contents and file names before upload. The portal is for medical-product regulatory documentation, not patient-care or identifiable clinical records.
NDA coordination: Everest Nova can arrange a mutual NDA before project kickoff where needed. This is a manual process; contact support@everestnova.ai before uploading confidential material if an NDA is required first.
